I’m a 60 yr old on HH and train w/weights and power walk daily. Certainly would like to hear about your diet and fluids. I seemed to be hooked on Nepro to get my calories. My ambition is to live well while on dialysis. I do Home Hemo 5x/week, 1 3/4 hrs.
