I am the director of an italian dialysis unit.One of my patients ( J.A.)started dialysis treatment in 1968 ( April) when he was 18 years old and he has no transplant.Actually he is on HDF on line so he has made 43 years dialysis.
After reading your reports I think this is the longest survival on dialysis treatment in the world.
The patient live in a little town ,near Udine( Noth east of Italy)
